1. What can we do in order to sort this out?
2. What I need to do in order cancel this purchase?
3. Is there some way to change the delivery of this article to an UK address? I would like to assess the change of importation country to United Kingdom instead to Spain. Perhaps this would make cheaper the importation process.
4. Please do ask to the parcel company to provide another customs broker in order to lower the importation charges.
5. If there is no way to reduce the customs brokerage I rather prefer decline this purchase.
