調査テーマ
前回までの調査では、距離とスピードの調査を行い、様々な利用方法が検討できる結果となりました。
しかし、より具体的な利用シーンを検討する上で、避けられない疑問があります。
「iBeaconの電波って、人とか建物とか貫通するの？」ということで、最後の4回目の調査は iBeaconの電波の「透過性」について実験を行います。

調査概要
発信側のビーコン端末と受信側のiPhone5Sの間を様々な材質の障害物で遮り、通知できるかを実験します。

Experiment Theme:

With our previous experiments, we compared distances and speeds, and we came up with all sorts of uses based on the results.
However, when considering the environment this thing will be used in, there is one question that is unavoidable.
We've decided to do our experiment based on the question, "can the EM waves of the iBeacon go through people and buildings?" and test the iBeacon's permeability.

Experiment summary:
We will place a whole bunch of obstacles made of various materials between the beacon transmitter and the iPhone5S receptor, and see if transmission will be successful.
