1の回答に関してですがさらに上の階層のアクセス権は諸事情によりお渡しできないのでこちら側でいろいろ試してみたいと思います
ABCのScriptの時はあなたにインストールしてもらえたんですが・・・
4に関してはたぶんバグです。早めに解決してもらえると嬉しいです
3に関しては次のアップデートを楽しみにしています
2に関しては私の勘違いだったかもしれません。Facebook認証した後、usernameとpasswordを設定するページが表示されるのですがそれがエラーだと思っていました。

Regarding 2, this might be my misunderstanding. After Facebook verification, the page for username and password setting is displayed, which I thought it was an error.
