As you may be aware the EU Consumer Rights Directive (“CRD”) comes into effect on June the 13th 2014.

Please note that the CRD does not replace your customer returns obligations under your selling agreements with Amazon.

If you are not familiar with the CRD, we encourage you familiarise yourself with the recent changes to this law as they affect how sellers must interact with customers.
