緑の縦線が引かれている記事とそうではない記事があるんですが、この緑の縦線の意味は何ですか？

あと管理者がユーザーやサイト自体をbanできる機能があると良いですね(SPAMに利用されそうなので)

There are articles with green vertical lines and ones without them, and what do these green lines mean?
Also, I think it would be good if there were a function for the manager to ban users and sites themselves (because it seems the sites would be used for creating spams).
