ご質問いただいた商品は以下でよろしかったでしょうか？

それでしたら身幅は21.5インチ（54cm)あります。
全周で43インチ(108cm)ありますが、現実的に着用可能なのは39インチくらいまでの人かと思います。
それ以上になると窮屈に感じるかと思います。
本当にギリギリのサイズを書くと小さくて着用できないという方が欧米に多かった為、サイズ表記を若干小さく記載しております。
何卒よろしくお願い致します。

「それでしたら」の訳が抜けています。全体的に言わんとすることはなんとなく伝わってきますが、こういった数値とそれに絡んだ表現の正確さに欠けます。
