お客様のお荷物は既に発送させて頂いております。
通常ならアメリカまでは発送から１～２週間で到着しますが、通関で検査対象になったり、輸送の遅延など、私たちが関与できない事柄が原因で遅配することがあります。
それらを見越しての日数設定とさせて頂いております。ご理解いただけましたでしょうか。
尚、通常３週間経っても届かない場合は御知らせした追跡番号を元にUSPSにお問い合わせください。
