Please know, when a buyer places an order, the details mentioned while placing order clearly displays that custom duty will be charged for the orders which have custom duty to be charged. Please request buyer to pay the custom duty as it is a charge which is not included in the item price or shipping charge.

If the buyer is not ready to pay for the custom duty, you may ask the buyer to return the product back so that you can initiate a refund. But please know, do not refund the buyer if the product is not returned to you.
