I'm just wondering why my order was cancelled. I ordered it on May 14th and received email yesterday the order was cancelled due to "technical problem". Since the item is still on Amazon website, I'm wondering what the REAL reason for my order cancellation after waiting for almost 3 weeks!

そもそも何故キャンセルされたかをお知らせ願いたいです。
５月１４日に発注し、昨日になって「ネットワーク上の不具合」という理由でキャンセルされたとの連絡を受けました。
Amazonのサイト上には未だ商品が取り扱いされている事から、３週間も待たされた上で今更キャンセルされる事態に陥った本当の理由をお聞かせ願いたいものです。

大きな問題はないと思います。technicalをネットワーク上の不具合とあえて意欲的に意訳されたのだと思いますが、技術上の不具合とした方が確実だとは思いました。書き手はそこまで原因を限定していませんので。
