Upon receipt of the item, we will refund or ship out another order. We will not refund shipping if the case is cracked we will however ship you a new case.
** International Customers Please Note: We are sorry that we cannot accept returns on DVDs for DVD player non-compatibility as stated on the auction page. We specify on every auction page that our DVDs are Region 1 ONLY and for bidders to check this before bidding on any auction. Thank you!
