久々でしたので、大量に発注させていただきました。

日本での売れ行きは好調ですが、
日本に届いた時の商品の状態が毎回不安です。

前回も言いましたが、液体が漏れていました。

今回も液体関係の商品をたくさん購入しています。
確実に蓋をきつく締めてから梱包をお願いします。

また、その他ワックスも、夏場のため、
溶け出すことが懸念されます。

厳重に梱包お願いします。

前回のような商品状態ですと、
処分が大量に発生してしまいます。


今回注文分はいつ頃発送でしょうか？

なるべく早く欲しいです。

As it's been a while since I ordered last time, this time , I have placed large orders.

The products are sold well in Japan. However, the shipping condition is always unstable.

As I reported you last time, the liquid leaked.

I have ordered quite a few number of items including liquid this time again. Please make sure to fasten the lid firmly before you pack the products.

The wax might melt on the way because it is summer season in Japan. This is another concern.

Will you please pack the products with great care and make sure they will arrive safely ?

Otherwise we might have to discard them.

When are you shipping the products I have ordered?

I hope they will arrive as quickly as possible.
