備考: ネット通販で販売した商品に不具合があるので返品したいという連絡があり、その返信メールの内容になります。イギリスの方です。

製品に不具合があったとの事で、誠に申し訳ありません。
返品要求を承ります。ラベルの日本住所宛に返品してください。

商品到着後に不具合部分を確認し、不具合の再現があれば、返送料金をプラスして全額返金致します。
不具合が確認出来なかった場合、返品の送料はご返金出来ませんので予めご了承下さい。

返品の際の送料は、一時お客様で立替をお願い致します。
発送完了後、メールにて送料をお知らせ下さい。その際領収書のキャプチャも添付して送って欲しいです。
お手数ですがご協力をお願い致します。

I will check the problem when it arrives, if I can re-create it, I will add the return postage to your full refund.
If I can not re-create the problem, I can not refund you your return shipping costs.

At first the return shipping costs must be paid by you, then reimbursed.
When you have posted the goods for return, ,please contact me with the postage costs. Please take a picture of the receipt and attach it at that stage.
