送料込みの商品価格ではないのですか？

送料を無料にしていただくことはできませんでしょうか？

I thought the product price was shipping fee inclusive??

I am sorry but I cannot accept this and settle the payment as the amount is larger than "web page A".
Could you please waive the shipping fee to be free?
