Amazon.comで売った商品をアメリカの顧客に届けた。 Expected Ship Date ３日過ぎてしまったが、これはアマゾンの規約違反かどうか教えてほしい。その根拠も示してほしい。
そしてその規約に違反したら私は商品代金の全額払い戻した上で商品もあきらめなければならならいのか？

We have delivered the item which we sold at Amazon.com. Although we shipped the item but it was three days after the expected shipping date. We would like to know if this act violates the Amazon's policy together with a basis of violation. In addition, I would like to know that we shall give up to have a buyer return the item on top of issuing a refund because we violated that policy?
