備考: 製品の表面が少し汚れていることに対しての工場の返答です。

We don’t think it is track of scraping but oil mark, because mould tooling is in good condition,
our workers spray oil on surface not only for cleaning but also for nice looking surface,
the possible reason is packed it before dry.
Would you please try to wipe it with clean cloth?

金型の状態は良いので、それは剥がれた跡では無く、オイルの付いた跡だと思います。
当社の従業員は、清掃の目的だけではなく、表面を良く見せるためにオイルをスプレーします。
原因は、乾燥する前にコンポしたためだと思われます。
きれいな布で拭いてみて頂けませんか。
