Hello I am receiving a model from yourself and I got a letter this morning say I have to pay an extra 50 pound to get the item delivered I was wondering I I would be able to cancel the order and get a refund hope you get back thanks.

Damaged Item prohibitive cost to send back and on top of that had to pay £19.25 extra customs duty!.Sent for another model from different seller from same country no customs duty why. Use them again No.
