本日、「利用しているアメリカの転送会社」より、商品が到着したとの連絡を頂いたのですが、「対象の商品が壊れています」との報告を受けました為、当方では商品の確認は出来ていないのですが、「返品・返金」の対応をお願いいたします。

Today, we received a report from the American transfer company which we use.
They said that an item has got to them, and it had been broken.
We did not check the status of it, however, please handle return or refund.
