本日、「利用しているアメリカの転送会社」より、商品が到着したとの連絡を頂いたのですが、「対象の商品が壊れています」との報告を受けました為、当方では商品の確認は出来ていないのですが、「返品・返金」の対応をお願いいたします。

Today I got a notification from the usual transfer company of the arrival of the items I ordered. They added that the items were damaged. I cannot check the condition of the items, but I would like you to take a procedure of return/refund.
