なお、PCサイトをご利用の場合、出荷準備が開始された商品については、以下の方法で「キャンセルリクエスト」をしていただくことも可能です。 

1. Bへログインして、アカウントサービスへアクセス 


2. 「注文履歴を見る」をクリックし、サインイン 

3. 該当の注文を確認し、出荷準備が始まっている商品のキャンセルをご希望の場合「キャンセルリクエスト」をクリック 

キャンセル後、アカウントのＥメールアドレスに、確認のEメールが送信されます。

If you use a website of the personal computer, you can "request cancellation" by the following method regarding the items, which have been prepared for shipping.

1. Log in B, and access to account service.

2. Click "See history of order", and sign in.

3. Upon checking the order, if you request cancellation of the item, which has already been
prepared for shipping, click "cancellation request".

After the cancellation, you will receive confirmation at your e-mail address of account by e-mail.
