なお、PCサイトをご利用の場合、出荷準備が開始された商品については、以下の方法で「キャンセルリクエスト」をしていただくことも可能です。 

1. Bへログインして、アカウントサービスへアクセス 


2. 「注文履歴を見る」をクリックし、サインイン 

3. 該当の注文を確認し、出荷準備が始まっている商品のキャンセルをご希望の場合「キャンセルリクエスト」をクリック 

キャンセル後、アカウントのＥメールアドレスに、確認のEメールが送信されます。

For an item of which shipping preparation has been in progress, on the other hand, it may be possible to cancel it by following the procedure below.

1. Log in to B and access to the account service.


2. Click to view “order history”, and then, sign in

3. Confirm the order concerned, and click the “cancel request” button if a customer wants to cancel an item of which shipping preparation is in progress,

After completing the cancel processing, a confirmation email is sent to your registered email address.
