その他にも使用した形跡があるように見えます。

もし新品で無ければ、一部、料金を返してもらいたいです。

I've got your products, but are these really new ones?
There are a few scratches on OAKLEY's glasses.
In addition, there seem to be some signs on other items, which someone have already used them.
