前回の記事で少し触れましたが、
iBeaconの通信距離はNFCよりも長く最長 50mとも言われています。

情報収集していても
「理論値で50m」と紹介されている記事をよく目にしますが、
「本当に？ 50mってどっから出てきた数字なの？」という疑問が
頭をもたげます。

「50m届くか調べてみた」というような情報も見つからないし、
これは事実を明らかにする必要があると感じました。

そこで今回の調査は
iBeaconの通信距離にフォーカスを当てて実験をおこないます。

Theme of research

As I have mentioned in the previous article, the communication distance of iBeacon is said to be 50 m at the most which is longer than NFC.

While collecting the information, I have encountered articles introducing the maximum communication distance of iBeacon is “theoretically 50 m”, but there is one question raised my head, “Really, how does the figure of 50 m come out?”.

I have not found any article telling “I tested whether iBeacon could reach to 50 m of distance or not”, so I felt that it was necessary to find the fact of this figure of 50 m.

In view of above, the research of this time is focusing on the experiment for the communication distance of the iBeacon.
