日本に到着後にシュリンクを外したところ、ハラハラと塗装が剥げ落ちました。日本に転送をする際も厳重な梱包をしているため、輸送中の衝撃による可能性は低いと思います。もちろん一度も使用をしていませんし、落としたり、何かにぶつけたこともありません。恐らく初期不良ではないかと考えていますが、メーカーに交換をしていただく事は可能でしょうか？難しい場合は日本で訳ありとして販売をしますが、今回のケースは責任の所在が明確ではないため、いくらか割引をして頂くことは可能ですか？

I unpacked the goods after I arrived in Japan, the painting came off easily.
I believe it's not transport damage because I packed the goods tightly when I trasfer it to Japan.
As a matter of course, It has not been in use, dropped, or damaged.
Since I think it might be happen caused by initial failure of the goods, would you accept replacement of the goods?
If it's not acceptable for you, I would resell it as an imperfect products.
However, since it's not obvious about who's responsible for this matter, will you be able to reduce a price for me?
