先ほど私のお客様からヒーターの温度調節が出来ずローラーも回らず、まったく使用できないとクレームがあり商品が返品されてきました。
この不良品に対してはどのように対応していただけますでしょうか?
交換していただけますか?それとも返金していただけますか?
また、新しく商品が2つ欲しいのですが、不良品のないよう厳重にチェックしたものを送っていただけますでしょうか?
その際の送り先は私の顧客ではなく、下記の私の住所に送って下さい。
