先ほど私のお客様からヒーターの温度調節が出来ずローラーも回らず、まったく使用できないとクレームがあり商品が返品されてきました。
この不良品に対してはどのように対応していただけますでしょうか？
交換していただけますか？それとも返金していただけますか？


また、新しく商品が２つ欲しいのですが、不良品のないよう厳重にチェックしたものを送っていただけますでしょうか？
その際の送り先は私の顧客ではなく、下記の私の住所に送って下さい。

We have just received a heater returned from a customer saying that it is unusable at all for it cannot control the temperature and the roller would not work.

How will you cope with this defective item?
Will you be replacing it or refunding for it?
