下記の商品は1人のセラーが販売を独占し、商品名に自分の名前を含めて販売している。この商品を私が出品し販売することは可能ですか？

というのは、この商品は既存の商品の組み合わせでありこのセラーのオリジナルのものでないのは明らかだ。また当然商標権等の権利はこのセラーのものではなくそれぞれのメーカーが有していると思う。

おそらく私がこの商品を販売しようとすると、このセラーはUPSコードを自分で有しているから、私に対して何らかの警告を出すと思う。その際はどうすれば良いか？無視しても良いか？

The following item has been monopolized by one seller, who puts his (or her) name on the item and sells it. Is there any way that I can put it up on my list and sell it?

I'm inquiring about that since it's obvious that the item is not an original product of the seller. It is a combination of some of existing products. I also believe the trademark rights are possessed not by the seller but also by each manufacture.

If I sell this product, perhaps this seller would give me some sort of warning because he/she owns the UPS code of it. If it happened, what should I do? Could I just ignore it?
