2-3 very minor cabinet imperfections - most visible one is only noticeable without the grill; see attached picture, white spot to the upper left of the driver. The others are very minor and I was not able to capture with a picture - frankly they blend with the black finish and are not noticeable. The bottoms have scratches from speaker stand spikes, but then you never look at the bottom.
