私の主張が理解できると思います。

特に2013年9月24日のPIと11月11日のPIを比較してみて下さい。
サイズも重量も小さい荷物の方が送料が安くなっています。

できるだけ送料を安くしたいので以下の商品を追加注文します。
追加注文分を含めたPIを送って下さい。
送料に納得できれば直ぐに代金を支払ます。

4% Paypal Chargeの経費を無くそうかと考えています。
御社との付き合いも1年になるので、銀行振り込みでの支払いを検討しています。

You may understand what I am emphasizing.

Particularly, please compare PIs on Sep. 24, 2013 with that of on Nov. 11.
The shipping charge is cheaper for the package with smaller in size and lighter in weight.

I would like to make the shipping charge cheaper as much as possible, so I would like to place an additional order for the below items.
Please send me the PI including the additional order.
If I am satisfied with the shipping charge, I will make payment immediately.

I am also thinking of removing the PayPal charge at 4%.
It has past one year of the business relationship with your company, I am considering to use the payment method of wire transfer.
