理由はサポートが悪いからです。自分のコメントに20日経っても返信がありません
ユーザーの意見を全て聞くべきだとは思いません
ただし返信ぐらいするのがマナーです
Script自体も非常に汚いソースコードで利用しません
one star ratingを付けた後、悪口を書いたメールが直接何通も届きました
低品質なScriptでサポートが悪いならone star ratingで当然でしょう？
そんなのユーザー側の自由ですよ

The script was extremely poor quality source code and I will not use it.
After leaving the one star rating, I received direct mail from them many times containing abuse.
For a poor quality script with bad support a one star rating is appropriate. Is that correct?

a script is NOT dirty, it is a line of computer programming, it can be good, bad, faulty, ineffective but not dirty.
Please review your revision criteria.
Hi sir, "the reason being was poor support" sounds weird. For the second correction, sorry it should be "do" not "so", its just a typo. I think you do not need to directly translate every single word. What the statement wanted to say was that replying to the email is an act of good manner. And finally, scripts CAN be dirty. I have been in the IT industry for 10 years and I hear comments on codes that are dirty (not structured and messy formats) all the time.
