私もペイパルを使用していますが、ペイパルは資金の送付や受領のサービスを提供するサービス会社でインボイスを送付しません。ペイパルに加入している人が、ペイパルのインボイス作成機能を使用することでインボイスが送られてきますが、送付者はあくまでもペイパルに加入しているメンバーです。
