Hello There, I think I have received your package but it is £32 underpaid.
Can you please explain this as nowhere in your product description is written this information.
Please advice?



We have received a card from the post office advising us that there is an extra £11.98 charge for customs. I am not willing to pay this so can you sort this out please or I will cancel my order.

貴店の商品説明などに記載してある正当な価格である事を説明していただけませんか。
連絡ください。



郵便局から小包の到着案内が来ましたが、関税で11.98ポンド余分に掛かるとの連絡です。
この余分な関税を払いたくないので、これをどうにかしてくれませんか。そうでなければ注文を取り消します。
