Item cancelled by customer on October 26, 2013 and contacted the seller and seller comments are when will i get my refund? he just replied with contact will go from amazon. thanks in advance so submitting a claim on behalf of customer to help the customer in a better way.

its been 3 months now and not a signal replay from the seller ! please tell me whats going on or help me return my money and close their store, 3 months guys come on ! it was supposed to be a gift 2 months ago i am so not happy with this and never had it with Amazon USA :(
