You can send us the file through email. If possible, just make sure that the mat size is:
• 24.25 inches x14.25 inches, equivalent to 1746x1026 Pixels, and is
in .jpeg or TIFF format.
• If you have an image that you would like us to print or include in
the playmat please make sure the image size is greater than 500x500 pixels.
Any smaller will cause pixilation and will lose quality when we create the playmat.
