原因が分かりました
日本郵便がモンテネグロの略称"ME"とメキシコの略称"MX"を勘違いして、誤ってメキシコに送っていたようです。その後イギリス経由でモンテネグロに転送しましたが、イギリス郵便局が却下したようで日本に戻ってきたようです
この度はご迷惑をおかけしまして深くお詫び申し上げます
原因の特定ができましたので、今度は絶対に間違えないようにモンテネグロまで送るように郵便局員にきつく言います
再送したいのですが、既にamazonUSAをキャンセルしておりますので新しくご注文ください

The cause has clarified.
Japan Post had mistaken an abbreviated title of Montenegro "ME" to " MX" of Mexico, then they shipped to Mexico.
Later, it was forwarded to Montenegro via UK. but because the Post of UK had rejected, then it was returned to Japan.
We deeply apologize for this trouble.
As we could specify the cause, we will strongly point out to person in charge of the post office to send our commodity to Montenegro definitely without any mistake.
Amazon USA had already cancelled although we would like to send you again.
Please send us a new order.
