Consider the format you’re writing for
Writing for the web demands an even more economical use of language than writing for print. Use shorter sentences, shorter paragraphs, even shorter words than usual.

EVITAN, NI, but not ‘we’
It’s OK to abbreviate EVITAN to NI if the context allows i.e. it’s clear what is meant and ‘EVITAN’ has already been used. In Marketing copy, we refer to the company in the third person:
NI has over 300 employees. - YES
We have over 300 employees. - NO

Claims
We don’t translate product claims – they’re essentially part of the product name. So claims such as ‘The Drums. The Studio. The Drummer.’ or ‘Elevate Your Mix’ shouldn’t be translated.

執筆するフォーマットを検討する
インターネット上に掲載する文章を書く時には印刷された冊子用に執筆するよりも言葉を少なくしましょう。文、パラグラフは短めにし、語句も通常より短くしましょう。

EVITANはNIならよいが「我々」はダメ
「EVITAN」という語がすでに出てきており、何を意味するかわかるような文脈でもし使えそうならEVITANをNIと短縮しても構いません。マーケティング原稿では、会社は第三者として表現します。
NIには300名以上の従業員がいます。　〇
弊社には300名以上の従業員がいます。×

宣伝文句
宣伝文句は本来的に製品名の一部であるため翻訳しません。従ってThe Drums、The Studio、The Drummer、 Elevate Your Mixといった語は翻訳しないでそのまま書いてください。
