実はご注文の商品を間違えて発送してしまったのでご連絡いたしました。
発送担当のミスでSG用ではなく、セミアコースティクギター用のハードケースを
発送してしまっております。申し訳ございません。

今、商品はUKの通関にあり、日本へ返送の依頼をしている最中です。
しかし、もし、お客様のお宅へ商品が配達されたら荷物の受取（サイン）はせず
そのまま返送してほしいのです。
一度、お客様が受け取ってしまうと、返品交換が大変煩雑になってしまいます。

もちろん至急、正しい商品の手配をさせていただきます。

Now, the item is in process of the custom clearance in U.K. and we are offering the customs broker to return the item to Japan. However, if the item would be delivered to your house, we would like you not to receive or sign it and send it back.
the process of returning the item will be more complicated if you received it.
