福岡（ＪＲ九州・博多駅）からソニック号で約２時間で別府に着きます。日本で代表的な温泉と尋ねられれば誰もが「別府」と答えるほど有名な温泉地です。
温泉を楽しむのはもちろん地獄巡り（源泉巡り）も別府観光の目玉となっています。

From Fukuoka (JR Kyushu・Hakata Station) on the Sonic train it takes about two hours to arrive in Beppu. You can ask anyone which place represents hot springs in Japan but they should answer with the famous hot-spring spot "Beppu".
Also a highlight of Beppu tourism is the hell tour.
