先日、発送をした商品でこちらの間違いがありました。
現在は海外への発送を保留してもらっている状況です。

お客様はブラックチョコレートをお申込みなりましたが、
ホワイトチョコレートの方で手続きをしてしまいました。
今から手配するので、３日～５日ほど日数がかかってしまいます。

もしよければ、ホワイトチョコの方で発送させていただけませんか？
それとも、ブラックの方をこのままお望みになりますか？
あなたの意見を聞かせてくれませんか？

The product shipped the other day was a mistake from our end.
It is currently on a on-hold status for shipping overseas.

You have signed up for black chocolate,
but we have done the procedure for the white chocolate.
We are currently arranging for it and it will take around 3-5 days.

Are you alright with us shipping you the white chocolate instead?
Or do you still wish for the black chocolate?
