私は送料に関してあなたからクレームを受けた

日本からギリシアまでのEMSの送料は$15ですが、
私が商品を発送するときはEMSとは別の保険をかけて
商品を発送しています。

I have been disappointed that you made a claim for the shipping charge.
It is $15.00 for the shipping charge of EMS from Japan to Greek, but when I ship an item, I purchase the other insurance in addition to EMS.
The is because the Greek customs’ office charges you additional fee if I write down official selling price on an invoice for EMS.
I would like to offer good items in the days ahead, so please understand our situations.
