品物が届いていないことを知り驚きました。
ご迷惑をお掛けして申しわけありません。

私は問題解決に最善を尽くします。
商品は12月24日に確かに発送はしています（その時の領収書はあります）。
しかし、追跡番号つきの発送方法ではなかったので、現在荷物がどこにあるのかがわかりません。
発送した郵便局に連絡したり、また、別の住所へ届いていないかの確認作業をいるところです。
あなたのお近くの郵便局にも、日本からの荷物が来ていないかどうかの確認をしてみていただけると助かります。

I can assure you that I shipped the product on December 24 (I have a receipt for that).
