I also live near the US border and can drive across to ship it to you via USPS Priority International in their standard padded flat envelope at a cost of $24.75 which includes tracking and 6-10 day delivery, but I probably won't be able to do that until next weekend as I'm out of town on Saturday and the shipping outlet I use across the border isn't open until Sunday.

So, there you have it. Full disclosure on the shipping situation. I apologize for the inconvenience. I didn't know the original shipping estimate I gave you didn't include tracking and had to have it confirmed by the two post offices I visited here in town. Just let me know what you'd like to do.
