届いている商品に対して返金しては私は損をしてしまいます。
また、私と連絡がとれないとのことですが、私はいつもメールをチェックしています。
連絡があれば回答します。
なぜ私と連絡がとれないといっているのか分からない。

I have verified the tracking number.
The tracking number is ●●.
The item was shipped out on December 27 and it was already arrived to the customer on January 2. I will suffer a loss, if I make a refund to the item which is already arrived.
Also, I learned that the customer can not contact with me, but I always check e-mails. If I receive an e-mail, I send a reply.
I can not understand why the customer says that he can not contact with me.
I am really sorry to hear that.
