備考: ビジネスの大切な交渉メールです。
できるだけ明瞭な翻訳をお願い致します。

★このメールの背景。
当方と取引のあるアメリカのグルーミングブランドとの代理店契約が予定より延びており(当初は昨年１２月の予定)、先方に契約の意思があるのか念押しのため確認メールを送ろうとしています。

また、今年７月にビッグサイトで開催されるDesign Tokyo展へこのメーカーの製品を出展させる予定があります。

当初は１２月に本契約、１月にDesign Tokyo出展申込みという流れを想定していました。
メーカー側の都合により本契約がまだできていない状況ですが、Design Tokyo展には事前の出展審査があるため、やむを得ず本契約の前に出展審査に申し込みを行っており、本契約が急務となっています。

これを踏まえた上で依頼文の翻訳をお願い致します。

遅くなりましたが、今年も宜しくお願いします。
もうすぐ２月ですね。

先日お話した、Design Tokyo2014の出展審査に申込みました。

出展審査は相当厳しいようです。
まだ出展できるかは何とも言えないのですが、プレゼン資料はしっかりと
準備したので、今は出展できる事を願うばかりです。

さて、新しいパッケージはそろそろ完成する頃だと思うのですが、状況は如何でしょうか？
また、契約文書も作成中とのことでした。そろそろ契約を進められませんか？

I might be late with this, but let us cooperate well this year as well.
It will be February soon.

I requested an investigation on exhibiting at Design Tokyo 2014 that we were talking about the other day.

It seems like it might be difficult this year.
I still can't say whether we will be able to put out an exhibit, but I have materials for the presentation ready, so what remains is counting that we will be able to do it.

Well then, it's about time the new package was completed, at what stage is it?
Also, the contract document is currently being made. Won't we get to that soon?
