お世話になっております。先日落札しました商品が届きました。動作確認したところ、”ECHO”に設定すると、ボタンを押しても反応せず、ランプが何個も同時に点灯してしまいます。
また、”ECHO”に設定しますと、なぜか”TREBLE”が勝手に反応してしまいます。このような誤作動をしており、大変困っております。以前からあったものでしょうか？

Thank you for your help and support. The product which has been successful bid the other day arrived. When I confimed the operation, if I set to place "ECHO" it does not react when you press the button, and the several lamps will be lit at the same time.
If I set to place, "ECHO" In addition, I don't know why "TREBLE" will reacts on its own. As it has a malfunction like this, we are very troubled. Did it also happen previously ?
