The valve tops/bottoms and caps are all free, some wear as expected but fine when done up tightly. The valves are all working well, have been replated with copper at some point presume when it was replated but no serious wear or pitting. The water key corks, valve felts, springs and guides are good and not in urgent need of replacement. The bell rim and flare are straight and not damaged there are no signs of any repairs.

Playing wise I tested this instrument using the correct sized mouthpiece and was pleasantly surprised at how well it plays. It is very easy to blow, is in tune and has a lovely sound throughout the register with no 'woolly' notes.

バルブの上と下とキャップはちゃんとしています。一般的な擦れがありますがきつめにすれば問題ありません。バルブは正常に動作し、ところどころ銅めっきし直されていますが、おおきな擦れや腐食はありません。ウォーターキーコルク、バルブフェルト、スプリング、ガイドの状態はよく、すぐに取り替える必要はありません。ベルリムとフレアーはまっすで損傷はありません。修理の必要はなさそうです。

僭越ながら、正しいサイズのマウスピースをつかってこの楽器を演奏してましたが、いい感じに演奏できていい驚きを感じました。吹きやすく、音の調子が良く、全音域を通して「ぼんやりした」感じの音もなく、素敵な音がでます。
