アプリが他のパソコンだとやはり起動しません。
色々なパソコンで試しましたが起動しませんでした。
仕事に支障が出るので解決したいです。

I am sorry for making inquiry although you are on the trip.

The app cannot be started using the other PC as was expected.
I have tried to start it up using various PCs, but it cannot be started.
I want to resolve this issue because it causes adverse effect to my work.

Although I have downloaded this, it did not help starting up.
