Thank you for the review. Ruster, haha... embarassing. I mixed up with "lackluster", though these have no connections and yet, L vs R.　これはすぐに気がついたので、コメントで訂正しました。

will と would は難しいです。on the condition that you would remove your claim ということかと思い、would にしたのですが・・・ And I put "IF" in capitals on purpose.

I see, I guess that's a confusing grammatical structure in English. We only use 'would' in the structure 'if + past'. For example, 'If you returned the product, we would refund it'. http://www.edufind.com/english/grammar/if_conditional1.php

I understand that you capitalized it on purpose but it does come across as aggressive so in my correction I changed it to lower-case letters.
