楽しいXmasを過ごしましたか？
先日の荷物はとても丁寧な梱包に感動しました

やっとお客様に渡すことができましたが
かなり待たせたことで苦情があり、私はその対応で今大変です。
また内容に間違いがありました。
「ALTAI PANTS」はXSを１着、Sを１着注文しましたが、XSが2着でした。Sが必要です。

さらに追加の要望を受けています

I have finally managed to pass all those packages to our clients.
They have been complaining about the packages, since they have waited for long and I am having my hand full dealing with that at the moment.

As for "ALTAI PANTS", an XS one and an S one have been placed in the original order, yet 2 XS has actually been ordered. An extra Small Size is necessary.
