①タオルは届いたのですが枚数が間違っていました。
バスタオルが25枚のはずが、29枚入っていました。

The towels arrived but the number of towels is wrong.
We should received 25 towels but there were 29 in the package.
Did you by any chance confuse the bathmats and the bath towels?
The order was for four bathmats and 25 bath towels.
Also, is the tracking number for the bathmats available yet?
The customer is waiting for their bathmat.
If shipping is going to take some time please tell me when you plan to ship the item.
