マルチメーは、日本では通常「テスター」といいます。
Red Probeは、テスターであれば「赤のテストピン」あるいは「赤側のテストピン」と呼びます。
near the eight pin of KT90は、IC KT90の8ピン(8番目の足）です。
Resistorは通常「抵抗」と呼びます。
Adjustable resistorは通常「(調整用)ボリューム」や｢可変抵抗」と呼びます。
